Unique vintage Swedish art glass penguin by FM Konstglas Ronneby, designed by the Marcolin brothers.
This elegant and heavy glass sculpture features a striking black and white core encased in clear crystal glass, creating beautiful depth and movement when viewed from different angles. A true Mid-Century Scandinavian decorative piece, minimal, sculptural and timeless.
About FM Konstglas
Josef Marcolin (b. 1933) and Benito Marcolin (b. 1936) trained in Murano, Venice before moving to Sweden. After working at Reijmyre glassworks, they founded FM Konstglas in Ronneby in 1961. Their designs combine Italian glassmaking tradition with Scandinavian modernism.
